The WAT Team is GROWING INCLUSIVE INTERDISCIPLINARY INNOVATIVE and needs YOU!

The WAT Team

Founder

I am a Marine, Electrician and Detroiter, and while I came up with the idea for the WAT showers, this has been a truly social endeavor, inspired by the hearts and minds of so many.

CEO

One of the most important things that I learned from Ron was when I cared for him after his accident. In that time, he taught me about true compassion. Since his unexpected passing, I have taken over Wilson Adaptive Technologies as CEO, and my commitment to the company is to not only bring our adaptive showers to the market but to help change the adaptive tech market.

Managing WSU Partner

Ron and Wendy have inspired us at Wayne State University! It’s an honor to lead teams of students to work with WAT. I’ve managed dozens of research and writing projects, sponsored 4 senior design Engineering projects and am leading the SBIR Grant.

Our Collaborations

Wilson Adaptive Technology (WAT) has been launched with support from Wayne State University and TechTown, Detroit, supported by students from Engineering to English, especially those from ENG 3050 and 3060 who have been with us for nearly four years (since the shower ideas were on napkins!) contributing their knowledge, dedication, and passion to our mission. Each member brings a unique perspective and skill set to the table, helping us bring our innovative and accessible solutions to reality and to market.

Join Our Team

We are looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
